This is kinda fake news, they received money to upgrade their facilities, but they were not specifically "US run". the tinfoil crowd ignore the nuance here I think there are only one or two BS-2 grade labs there, so it doesn't even mean much. Hopefully the Ukraine's won't shell their own labs and try and blame the Russians
