So this video has been around a long time and and all the fact checkers say "That's not Bill Gates!" as a redirection away from the fact that the audio is real even if not Bill and the auditorium is in fact in the Pentagon. edit... it might be Langley... I would have to go find the first hand accounts, but insiders have confirmed that the room is real.
