This is a triggering subject so I have to qualify the question below everytime. Many who are sure we haven't get triggered if you have a different opinion. Interestingly, many who are sure we have get triggered if you have a different opinion. So, let's please not get triggered here and stick to logical arguments. Genius's on both sides of this argument have great points so let's try flushing them out a little. So, what I am about to tread down are serious questions which are intended as pure intellectual pursuit only. You don't have to participate if you don't want to.

Before replying, please refer to sub rule #2.

  1. Did the moon landing happen? Please elaborate with the following points.

  2. In what way(s) have you validated your understanding? I'm not talking about seeing video or reading something someone reported, but actually validated, such as experimented, seen with a telescope, etc.

  3. Is your understanding absolute? As in, for sure the moon landing happened. Or, for sure it didn't. What makes it absolute if this is the case? If it's not absolute, how do you break down your probabilities between the two?

  4. Over and above the first two points, is there anything that you believe is sketchy about NASA and space footage? For example, have you seen this (youtube.com) and if not what is your opinion after watching it?

  1. I don't think so. They deleted all the "evidence", and the stuff that is still circulating around is obviously fake. The moon rocks they brought back were verified fake. NASA has been caught lying about so many other things. Astronauts that supposedly blew up during launch were found still alive years later. Bubbles floating around in recordings of "space walks", videos of people in the ISS that are laughably fake (women with hair glued in place, invisible wires to give the impression of zero gravity, videos of astronauts dropping tools when it's supposed to be zero G). Satellites don't need to exist because they can just use balloons. The Hubble telescope is really just a giant telescope bolted to an airplane. Every picture of earth we have is really a painting. The list goes on.

  2. What could I possibly do? Go to the moon myself? NASA is the only game in town. Yes, other countries have space programs. No, I don't believe them either. Every space program is controlled by the same people. See the chevron symbol and its variations on every single space agency logo. "But that would require an insane amount of people to be in on the lie!" Yes and?

  3. No I can't prove it didn't happen. This isn't a topic I get particularly heated over so I haven't done much homework on it. It's a little boomery. There are more important things to argue about. Ultimately the results of a debate about the moon landing have zero effect on my every day life. It's interesting to talk about and that's about it.

  4. I haven't seen that particular video but I've seen others to the point where I say "yeah they're probably full of shit" and move on with my life. The fact that they get 60 million dollars a day in the US alone provides an incentive for them to lie.

Thank you for the well written response.

This one is indeed a tough one, why I asked the question. The best I can come up with is try to locate parts apparently left there with a telescope or something. Definitely looking for creative ideas.

But that would require an insane amount of people to be in on the lie!

I don't even know if many would really have to be in on it. Maybe a few hundred world wide?

I haven't seen that particular video

Judging by your answer in #1, I think you have. It is an analysis on the 7 astronauts that 6 showed up alive later on. It's what first made me realize about NASA.
