Dov Zakheim

https://infogalactic.com/info/Dov_S._Zakheim

He served in various Department of Defense posts during the Reagan administration, including Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Planning and Resources from 1985 to 1987. There was some controversy in both the US and Israel over Zakheim's involvement in ending the Israeli fighter program, the IAI Lavi. He argued that Israeli and U.S. interests would be best served by having Israel purchase F-16 fighters, rather than investing in an entirely new aircraft.

Zakheim was signed a letter to Clinton about Iraq.[1][2][3] During the 2000 U.S. Presidential election campaign, Zakheim served as a foreign policy advisor to George W. Bush as part of a group led by Condoleezza Rice that called itself The Vulcans. .

From 1987–2001, Zakheim was CEO of SPC International, a subsidiary of System Planning Corporation, a high-technology analytical firm. During that period he served as a consultant to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and sat on a number of major DoD panels, including its Task Force on Defense Reform (1997) and the DoD's first Board of Visitors of Overseas Regional Centers (1998–2001). In September 2000 Zakheim is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, and the United States Naval Institute, and a member of the editorial board of the journal The National Interest.

...He was then appointed as Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) from 2001 in George W. Bush administration, and served in this capacity until April 2004. During his term as Comptroller, he was tasked to help track down the Pentagon's 2.3 trillion dollars' worth of unaccounted transactions.

The Flight Termination System (FTS) is a fully redundant turn-key range safety and test system for remote control and flight termination of airborne test vehicles. The FTS consists of SPC's Command Transmitter System (CTS) and custom control, interface, and monitoring subsystems. The system is fully programmable and is flexible enough to meet the changing requirements of today's modern test ranges.

By late 1943, General Henry H. Arnold had directed Brigadier General Grandison Gardner's electronic engineers at Eglin Field, Florida, to outfit war-weary bombers with automatic pilots so that they could be remotely controlled.[5] The plan was first proposed to Major General James H. Doolittle some time in 1944. Doolittle approved the plan for Operation Aphrodite on June 26, and assigned the 3rd Bombardment Division with preparing and flying the drone aircraft, which was to be designated BQ-7.[6] In the U.S. Navy's similar project, Operation Anvil, the drone was designated BQ-8.

Operation Aphrodite (US Army Air Forces) & Operation Anvil (US Navy) made use of unmanned, explosive-laden Army Air Forces Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and Navy PB4Y-1 Liberator bombers that were deliberately crashed into their targets under radio control.

I thought they were bunker busters made to look like planes.

Well that's why I wanted to debate people on this.

I went and sourced everything I remember learning years ago on 9/11 and was hoping for other people to do the same and then we can clash and hammer out the true facts of what happened.

What true facts. It is all guesses. Then youngster the Mandela effect of people remembering all 7 towers fall

I've been hit by the mandela effect with a lot of things.

When you say all 7 towers falling maybe they're thinking of building 7 that caught fire and later fell? Or was there 7 towers total?

Well for starters, the fact that the ability to remotely fly aircraft has existed since WW2 with the sole purpose of crashing into it's destination.

It's just theory that made the most sense to me.

Ever seen a plane that has hit a bird? It gets fucked up. I don't see a plane flying through the supports of a highrise.

Only thing I've seen do that are bunker busters.

The planes never exited the buildings though.

Are you suggesting that when the planes hit the outside of the building, that they should of just crumpled and fell without penetrating the interior?
