Fraud, waste and abuse that brings tears to the eyes. Career criminals with dozens of felonies roaming the streets. Corruption in anything and everything. Mentally ill people's voices turned up to 11.
It seems every system trends to overcomplexity, overregulation and maximum corruption until it reaches a breaking point. What comes after that is usually very ugly but cleansing.
