The government isn't doing anything so they can use these lake dry-ups as evidence that their man-made climate change hoax is totally real guize. (((They))) purposely mismanaged the water in order to create the illusion of devastating effects from carbon and use climate change as their next authoritarian squeeze on our freedoms and rights. The jewflu crisis hoax has fizzled out so they need a new crisis that people can't simply ignore. Why wait for a crisis when you can simply manufacture one?
