The problem isn't doing with less water. The problem is population growth, mainly through immigration. California is swelling and bursting at the seams with spics and chinks and they just keep building millions of new housing units every year. Those people need water. When they ask me to stop taking showers to save water it's not being stored for drinking at a later date, it's being used for new development for spics. Every time they approve a new development they have to identify where the water is coming from and every planning agency in California relies on "conservation" as the source of this "new" water needed. Fuck them. I'm not draining swimming pools, killing lawns, and cutting showers so they have more water to build apartments for spics.
