No, they are not. This isn't "climate change," a meaningless phrase which implies man-made global warming. What we are seeing is a drought. In a year or two the drought will end, the lake will start to fill up, and people wil go on to other brainless topics of contention. There is no man-made global warming. There never has been any, and there won't be any in the foreseeable future.

I agree with you that there is no man made global warming. However it is entirely possible that the southwest drought is a new normal to which they must grow accustomed, including the possibility that Lake Mead essentially dries up.
