Thanks, but I was thinking that with some research dollars pointed in this direction, maybe improvements can be made. Right not getting copious amounts of water from the air is definitely not feasible, otherwise it would be in widespread use in various deserts throughout the world.

Lake Mead provides water to the states of Arizona, California, and Nevada as well as some of Mexico, providing sustenance to nearly 20 million people and large areas of farmland. If the reservoir dips below 895 feet — Lake Mead would reach dead pool, carrying enormous consequences for millions of people across Arizona, California, Nevada and parts of Mexico. Experts from the Bureau of Reclamation say Lake Mead stands at a tier 1 shortage, and have predicted that Lake Mead will reach a tier 2 level by 2023 and a tier 3 level possibly in 2024.
