Woh, did I hear right? Listen to the first minute of this video. It sounds like some federal bureaucrat is going to override the decisions of the states along the river. We've had way too much of this -- bureaucrats dictating policies to elected government officials, and those officials meekly going along with them. This is the method by which the globalists plan to take over complete control, cutting out the voices of the people and their elected officials. It needs to stop. As for the river, it will fatten up as soon as the present drought ends. And it will end.
