I can say anyone who tries to pipe away our Great Lakes water had better bring an army with them.
Did I miss the army? Anyone except Nestle or multi-billion dollar investment firms? Granted Nestle didn't use a pipe, but they used to steal and ship our water world wide. They've since sold those "water rights" to an investment firm One Rock Capital Partners LLC.

Waiting for that army...
I'm not sure how a private company pumping water out of a well to fill waterbottles is similar to a federal-level 1500 mile aquaduct running water from the Great Lakes to the desert southwest.
