I wonder if you could hold the police and any other government entities to this when they don't have a warrant.

Also, I don't see this holding up in court if the solicitor is little suzy trying to sell candy bars for her Tee-ball/softball team.. maybe you could sue her parents, but a child can't be expected to read and understand a contractual agreement.
