copperhead. Not super scary dangerous unless you're barefooted / wearing sandals or wearing shorts or something. Their fangs hook back into their mouths so it's difficult for them to get a full venomous injection into you on a solid piece of flesh. Still, would cut its head off with a shovel as it's venomous. (can still bite you hours after cutting the head off. use caution)
