biden/hunter/partners and others use US gov to fund bioweapons labs across the globe, some of which are in Ukraine, specifically Metabiota. They illegally create viruses and the "vxxx" for them. Release new mutated strains of lab created virus (no current immunity in population) them strategically either as a weapon or as a money making scheme. they apparently also sell both some type of pandemic insurance and trackers to monitor the virus (since they created it, but their "customers" are unaware of that fact) in addition to the selling the "cure or vxx".

Putin knows this and is working to expose. The cabal with a stranglehold on US knows he knows, which actually would explain the mad dash to push $100+ billion to a non-ally, non-NATO country with purposeful lack of oversight. we are funding a Hegelian dialectic situation ( create the problem and thus the specific reaction only to sell the solution).
