Its funny, in Baldurs Gate 3, the only 'children' you can kill are a couple of evil goblin kids. But you can't kill any human / elf / dwarf kids. People including myself have been ranting about the fact that if you want to play evil and join the goblins, you cant exterminate the kids in the 'good' camp like you can exterminate evil goblin children.
