What is the deadline before an election in which they have to make the emergency rules for mail-in votes? MSNBC just said the state of emergency is expiring! They are now monitoring the new variant to see if they need new emergency rules. (PA, OH, WI, MI, VA at stake due to expired emergency rules - dems need you to be scared so they can mess with elections!!!)
