I'd worry about the women. Most women are not able to process the need for guns.
And let me add, on this subject ... a jury is supposed to be selected from one's peers, right? For a man, it should be an all-male jury. That's just common sense.

On the other hand, women are more likely to be swayed by emotions such as "he's just a kid" or "that sounds frightening" or "talking about it made him cry"
