I think I get what Anglin was thinking here. If you read him regularly, you’ll know his opinion on women isn’t the best, especially so for modern women. With that in mind, I think he prefers dumb ones over smart ones.

The “smart” ones are the ones who know their role and submit to their husbands properly. I’ll approve of an obedient white woman with a handful fewer IQ points over a deceptive plotter who thinks she’s on par with the men due to scoring a little higher than her counterparts.
