Failing to do your job is not illegal. She shouldn't be in jail, she should be fired for sure but the only person responsible for the death of the cinematographer was Baldwin. When it comes to fire arms safety there are no excuses and trying to blame anyone other than the person firing the weapon is nothing but an excuse.
