They seem to have this idea that if threatened with job loss, then half the unvaxxed will get vaxxed. This may be true. Let's say it's even more than half. Let's say two thirds. So, right now, 150 million unvaxxed. Let's say 2/3rds take the vax for fear of losing their job. That leaves 50 million unvaxxed people who will lose their jobs because they refused to get vaxxed. This article suggests that this fear campaign will work cause lots of the unvaxxed will get vaxxed, but doesn't make a single mention of the immediate result of massive unemployment caused by a mandate driven by fear of job loss. Will these millions of forced unemployed do nothing in retaliation for their government and employers forcing them into unemployment? Demonstrations in countries far less free than the US suggest otherwise. Ruin a man's life for him standing on principals, and you risk retaliation. Ruin millions of people's lives because they stood on principals, and they will destroy you.
