Yeah, mainland China has no quality control outside of Hong Kong. A gook friend of mine informed me that mothers that need baby formula will exclusively buy from Hong Kong, as the lack of quality control everywhere else allows for them to sell formula that ends up severely harming or even killing the child. Crazy stuff, man.
