The piece you quoted was a hypothetical, so he is not saying we need to be conquered by chinks. Rather, he is saying that if we were it would be hard to make the case that this system is preferable. There's not much that's worse than being genocided. I'm glad you're not falling for war, though. It'd be nice though if anti-war people pushed back against the narrative of America's moral superiority more often. This is the flimsiest reason ever to invade someone and yet it's fed to the masses constantly.
