They are attempting to change human biology. There is no other possible explanation that I can think of. Rolling out this new line of infinity vaxx fits into that. They are going to be using all these new different vaccines to test out different kinds of genetic modification.

Bingo. While the current vaccines just test delivery vectors, sooner or later they will test gene modification. They need huge amounts of human guinea pigs to make gene modification save, so they can use it to switch off ageing factors in their own bodies. And do some optimizations. And optimize soldiers and serfs. The good news: Because they still need billions of human guinea pigs, there will be no culling or mass infertility. Not yet.
