In grade school, they had us raise mealworms. Who knew that, decades later, they'd expect us to actually eat them.

Sadly, this craze may have even affected Japan as there is a property there called Princess Connect and it has a recurring theme of characters eating bugs and enjoying it, much to the dismay of the one character who holds out until she is forced to eat bugs against her will.

Is it the Japanese just coincidentally making a joke, or is it a coordinated cohencidence to push bug eating in all cultures?

For livestock/fishing purposes raising mealworms could be very helpful if SHTF.
