Where is it written that consent cannot be revoked at any time?

When is consent granted, anyway? I have never consented to be governed, and I have never seen a document that says "by doing this thing, you consent to be governed" or that consent cannot be revoked.

Every person worldwide has the God-given right to self-rule, and to consent to whatever governance they choose, or not to choose.

Tyrants should never be consented to by the people.

The only country that has the citizen power to stop the government right now is the US with all of the guns in the hands of the people.

If the US shows how powerful a revoking of consent can be, the rest of the world should wake up.
