yep he's exactly right - tech people - who knows how to build forum style websites? we need to host one on the darkweb. ive been looking into it, but it'll take me forever to learn, and i know nothing about security etc...

Fun fact - Telegram owner is much more on a dems side, than on the right.

And Telegram does have core, trough which the messages go, and which could capture them at will.

Which also allow them to "ban" traffic they don't like.

However, the actual content of private messages can only be decoded by participating P2P devices - that is a good thing to use.
