So basically, it’s illegal for anyone to say that the election was stolen, or to support Donald Trump in any way.

That is what blanket social media bans are: making speech de facto illegal.

Of course, I’m still allowed to say it here, on my very censored site (which is not allowed to be shared on social media). But am I even allowed to say it here? I keep reading Jews and journalists on Facebook refer to me as a “fugitive,” despite the fact I’ve never been charged with any crimes in my entire life (except felony cocaine possession when I was 19 – and that is EXPUNGED, and some DUIs, and those might also be expunged).

That's a good question, here's where I mention it:

They are:

All by the one guy and all with the reason as: Reason: Degenerate cat balls

He wanted to teach me a lesson for posting something he didn't find funny in ! lol

Oh yeah that guy is gay then.

On the other hand, did you know if you block a user and you are a sub mod, you won't be able to see what that user posts in your subs?

I haven't had to block anyone recently, but if I did I would probably ban them from every sub I own first. Not as revenge for whatever I didn't like, but as a precautionary measure to make sure my subs don't get bad content in them without me knowing.

See above. Kind of creates an interesting problem doesn't it?

It's not really a problem. You shouldn't automatically ban (in all the subs you own) someone you've blocked, unless their only goal is to disrupt the functioning of your subs by shitposting/shitcommenting and flooding off-topic comments to slide/divert discussion.

You won't ever know because you won't see their posts. It'd be better if when you blocked someone you would still see their posts in subs you mod. If you mod something it's your responsibility to monitor the content, so it's nit unreasonable to ban someone who you've blocked, as this is necessary to uphold that responsibility.
