Black races existed in d&d. Not sure about the 1st edition but for sure the 2nd. Tolkien and his orcs on the other hand...

In the Elder Scrolls universe:

orcs = niggers
niggers = sandniggers
dark elves = plainsniggers
high elves = shekelniggers
lizard and cat people = misc. other kinds of niggers
