I've heard there are some reputation companies out there who you pay and they buy up your books in order to get yours on the best seller lists. And that in turn leads you to organic book sales you otherwise wouldn't have had. Then there's the free publicity she's getting from the press. Still, idk who would buy this book either. But people can surprise me.
