No, probably not. At least not right away. Probably some number of police will be left behind in Minneapolis, tasked with the single mission to prevent a new order from forming. That is, they will be tasked with enforcing chaos. They will be told to not police blacks and only police whites who defend themselves from blacks, and it will basically become a living hell.

At this point it wouldn't surprise me. You have to admit that the fact this is even a possible thing, technically speaking, to abolish police, is very very weird in itself. But for some reason it can just go all the way it seems, no problem. And of course the replacement, will be some sort community club, with no further details. I mean, it could be shariah police for instance, why not? What about street gangs in the community, doing the police work? Why not? Everything is possible!
