Don't pretend there's not a problem in America.
The problem is the joggers.
I see the joggers as more of a force of nature with a certain amount of built up potential energy that mankind has restrained, like water behind a levy.
If the levy breaks, sure, you can blame the water and you wouldn't be wrong. But if the levy wasn't maintained either due to some kind of ethnoreligious mafia or your own incompetence or some combination of the two, then is the water really at fault? I don't think asking a question like this is giving the floodwaters an unnecessary pass.
I like that analogy. The gibs are leading more and more water into the reservoir. If we turn off that faucet we might see some of these waters recede.
