Freedom, to be understood, must first be defined. The article whines about how we do not have freedom (correct) but does not define freedom nor explain what it would be like should America eve gain such a thing. I have posted a great definition before, but allow me to re-post it for the few who are desirous to live in such a society.
FREEDOM = The Societal Condition in which all people are in 100% control of their lives and property.
Freedom, to be obtained must be understood, then built, built like any machine, for that is how it would exist and be operated.
No offense, but everyone already understands what freedom is.
People yearn or liberty, but it has always alluded us, for it is much more than the desire to be left alone. Liberty can only be obtained within a system. The system requires mechanisms on many levels to maintain the secured control of individual ownership and control.
Should you 'desire' to be left alone, in every society to date, somebody is going to fuck with you or your stuff. Today, you may be out of luck, but in a Freedom-based society, mechanisms would automatically kick in to prevent to negative event and to have to culprit compensate the victim and society. It can be possible to build such a better world, but nobody understands what freedom is or how it works well enough to create it... yet.
