Then stealth-return the money (with interest) through foreign aid.

Pretty bally move cancelling it like that since we all know nothing more dangerous than taking money away from a jew. BTW they should sue Israel for that development cash that paid for that code if they won't give it to us. Fuck'em, time to play hardball but we'll need a Jewish lawyer if we want to have even a small chance of winning, even Archie Bunker knew that fact.
