One thing to consider is that lying about stats is what countries do when they don't have lockdowns and don't want shit for it. It is the right move, not having a lockdown. But countries also don't want shit for it and we have more examples of countries not having lockdowns and lying than countries not having lockdowns and telling the truth. Good for Sweden though.
