I mean, at some point a court case can become so insane that it becomes newsworthy just from the angle that our judicial system is entertaining these kinds of cases with the utmost seriousness.

It'll also be interesting to find out what charges they convict him on, if any. This story here makes it seem like the plaintiff made some embellishments. She had basically described a long-term prostitution relationship in which several rapes occured, but these didn't end the prostitution relationship. Which leads one to wonder: where exactly is the evidence of non-consent on these specific instances going to come from?
