My work doesn't monitor us for mouse movements but I have a jiggler anyway since it keeps the stupid screensaver from kicking on and locking my computer during meetings. We can't install software so auto hotkey is out (before they locked us down so hard I did have script to move my mouse slightly every couple of minutes) but the jigglers are just using mouse drivers so they work well.
I've seen videos of people simply putting their mouse atop an analog watch. If you have one it would seem there is no need to buy/build a designated jiggler.
Oh interesting. My bf has a huge watch collection. I'll have to try that with some of his. I wonder which types will work.
I would think anything with a second hand.
