I knew a guy once, that engineered numerous isolators, circulators and bias tees…brilliant, sales guys would say “nasa needs it to have (insert some radio requirement)” He’d close his eyes and look at the diagram in his head and say I can make it do that. Then tell the designers what todo. Then make it.

But he was a fucking asshole.
