Thanks for the tip. I was thinking about seeing how I can improve it after I do some testing. One thought was to put a ceramic tile at the base to help it retain heat. As it sits, the pots would be sitting on plywood.
Definately provide some type of thermal mass inside. It will carry heat through passing clouds and prevent large temp swings. Ceramic tiles would be a good upgrade.

Were you thinking in the means of replacing the top pane of glass with a convex lens?
Making a correction, it's a fresnel lens.
I would build it as a separate device to point at the oven as a booster.
OP could have a seperate cooking box and the parabolic reflectors aimed at it. this could make pizza.
