The cedar came from a professional builder who also sells milled strips. The wood for the gunwales and seat came from a tree I cut and milled. Plywood for the forms from Lumberyard.

The cross sectional pieces are just parts of the form/mold. Each strip is glued to one another and then fiberglassed and this holds the shape.
