If someone enters your home and you don't want them there, and it comes to using a gun, always shoot to kill. Empty the cylinder or the magazine and plead fear for your life.

Kill them, then because of fear, if no one shows up to investigate the shots or their missing loved one..lol.. dispose of the body. Too many cases the cops kill the homeowner or courts imprison.
