They were going to get around to fixing things, eventually. It will be interesting to see who has to fall on their sword: black woman mayor, lesbo fire chief, Puerto Rican woman who’s head of water . My bet is on water chief.

With that forehead!? Transwomyn outranks the Puerca Riqueña for systems of oppression, I'm afraid. But when it comes to sacrificial victims for massive systemic incompetence it will be the black woman. Her community will treat her as if she was the scapegoat.
