They GPS charts in addition to all that. They should not have been anywhere near that area. Even locals on the shore were visually tracking the ship and able to tell it was too close to this known hazard.

Besides, aren't reefs protected areas? WTF were they doing there? Trying to sink the ship? Destroy the reef? Pollute the water with diesel fuel and oil?
