If you’ve ever worked with these shitskins, they’re utterly useless. Overstate their credentials and underperform.

I've rejected literally two dozen. That's ALL I've gotten for ServiceNow devs for 7 months. One wrote "Development Mythologies" on her resume and listed: SDLC, Agile, Waterfall.

Another wrote an integration between: "ServiceNow and wwww w w w w"

Another listed their development tools, which was just the codenames for the last six versions of ServiceNow.

The resumes are clearly written by AI, and if not, either way, not proofread. But they are.

They're usually 5-6 pages long, and say so little with so many words, and there's a formula to it, like madlibs. They expect you to just see the list of accomplishments and say yes to the interview. They like remote. Remote interviews, they can ChatGPT answers. I watched them do it, watching them scan the screen while talking, and you can tell they're reading, no confidence in the words. One actually read the example website name when I asked about APIs. It was almost comical, if not so infuriating. Full on bullshitting me to my face. I've stopped letting them down nicely.

I told the talent team to stop sending me resumes from this agency, but they keep doing it. I straight up asked a few months into the search if they were limiting me to women, because that's all I got. They said no, and suddenly I start getting men, but they're the WORST candidates, worse than the women. One was retarded, I posted here about it, but he was a straight out of Niger nigger.

Honestly, I swear they're just placating me while they work on selling the company. It's insane the roles they're not filling faster. We've had an exec role open for 5 months...we ended up hiring the same bitch back that quit last time. She came in, stirred shit up for 5 months, then left for a "better opportunity" for more pay at her previous employer, didn't like it, and apparently we were desperate so we took her back, win-win.

This was about hating women in IT right? How they don't know what they're doing and are driving IT departments into the ground and kneecapping the primary business by being irreconcilably vapid whores?
