BMI is meant for the average human. If you're muscular, which it sounds like you are, then there is a different way to measure BMI that involves a tool that pinches for fat.

That's s a BF% or Body Fat % I mentioned above. My stomach is nice and flat. I'm at 18% which could be better fitness wise, but is absolutely not fat, especially obese.

Nice, that takes a lot of hard work. I'm trying to lower my BF, I work out but I'm a female that loves carbs so I'm in the 25% zone.

You should look up Intermitten Fasting, it works well for me.
