Also, why did the beaner cop park his squad car on train tracks in the first place?

This is exactly the type of out-of-the-box thinking we need in a diverse, inclusive, and equitable police force. Promote the beaner and lady cop!

Can you imagine being that stupid to park a car on the railroad tracks? Getting out of your vehicle and thinking, "this is a good place to leave this", as you're standing on the tracks.
