If they actually offered him the job, but then turned him down based on race, he may have valid grounds for a lawsuit. If they had not offered him a job, then he would have no actual losses, but if they made a formal offer, that could well be legally binding (in the sense of them not being able to refuse to employ him on the basis of his race).

At some point, rights won’t apply to Whites. I can see a nigger, kike, or female judge just flat out saying “too bad” annd ruling angainst the White because of their “privilege” then waiting for anyone to challenge them.
