Niggers already get most of the kidney transplants because they have the most kidney disease from their shit cultural diet of fat sugar alcohol and cigarettes.

If you're altruistic and want to donate when it's time, only do direct donation to a family member or friend, no others because you can't designate by race or ethnicity. Othoerwise say fuck no to donation including blood.

I've always made it clear to family and on my license that I want to be an organ donor but the thought of my organs powering a nigger is dreadful.

That can backfire. If you are badly damaged, they might neglect your proper care in order to harvest your organs for "more deserving underprivileged" alcoholics and drug users that burned out their own organs.
