I guess they are now allowing cars to leave the island, going back into Galveston.

Actually it's climate change. The rising sea levels and loss of sea ice have caused the polar bears to migrate south to seek asylum and free gibs. They get in the way of the boats as they head to their (((gubmint))) paid hotel rooms. It's caused by White supremacy and antisemtism.
