I have been in the IT field for a long time and I cannot remember an employer that did not have mandatory "diversity training" at some point working with them. The content was forever updating, but the gist was always the same: these people are special so treat them as they wish to be treated or get consequences.

Pointless? The point is to create division. To displace White people. Ultimately, to destroy White societies.

I’m often tempted to straight ask in a busy meeting when they bring up dei bullshit, to ask how the new policies are being setup to ensure it’s not anti White like other companies have been taken to court over already. Like Best Buy, IBM and other companies that show anti White hiring policies.
