Yeah those people have it rough, its the lack of relationships that really stuck with me more than any other part of what they go through.

Social skills need to be taught and learned from a young age. After a certain point, if you just don't "get it" then you never will.

I don't know that I agree with that, I learned them well after I should have. Granted I'm not perfect or even probably good at social skills but I did learn a bit how to interact with people in a semi normal fashion.
